A Narrative Review: Exercise Induces Adipose Browning by Altering the Gut Microbiome Profile

چکیده
Obesity is a condition that highly associated with chronic diseases. The number of obese individuals increasing on global scale every year. Energy intake imbalanced energy expenditure causes the accumulation excess fat. Regular exercise part lifestyle can reduce risk obesity by inducing adipose browning. One mechanisms in browning modifying gut microbiome profile. This profile may promote maintaining integrity intestinal barrier, glucose homeostasis, regulating absorption, and appetite-regulating hormones.

Adipose tissue NAPE-PLD controls fat mass development by altering the browning process and gut microbiota
Obesity is a pandemic disease associated with many metabolic alterations and involves several organs and systems. The endocannabinoid system (ECS) appears to be a key regulator of energy homeostasis and metabolism. Here we show that specific deletion of the ECS synthesizing enzyme, NAPE-PLD, in adipocytes induces obesity, glucose intolerance, adipose tissue inflammation and altered lipid metabo...
متن کاملP177: The Human Microbiome and PTSD, the Mechanisms of Interaction-A Narrative Review
present therapeutic methods for PTSD are not efficient enough to reduce or disappear all the symptoms.several peripheral factors can affect developing and treating PTSD, such as human microbiota. There is a growing volume of evidence showing the effect of gut microbiota on brain and behaviour.PTSD is associated with an inflammatory state in blood, brain and cerebrospinal fluid.also, there is ev...
متن کاملIntermittent Fasting Promotes White Adipose Browning and Decreases Obesity by Shaping the Gut Microbiota.
While activation of beige thermogenesis is a promising approach for treatment of obesity-associated diseases, there are currently no known pharmacological means of inducing beiging in humans. Intermittent fasting is an effective and natural strategy for weight control, but the mechanism for its efficacy is poorly understood. Here, we show that an every-other-day fasting (EODF) regimen selective...
متن کاملEffects of Ramadan fasting on lipid profile: A narrative review
Ramadan Fasting during the month of Ramadan is a religious obligation, practiced by millions of people around the world. Ramadan fasting is essentially a fundamental change in lifestyle for one lunar month. This type of fasting may have significant effects on lipid profile. Although there is no scientific consensus about the effects of fasting on cardiovascular risks such as changes in lipid pr...
متن کاملBrowning of white adipose tissue by melatonin
There are two distinct types of adipose tissue which have different functions within the body, white (WAT) and brown (BAT). Browning of WAT occurs with increases in the WAT sympathetic nervous system (SNS) drive. In this regard we previously reported that melatonin (MEL) stimulation of MEL receptor 1A (MEL1a) within the SNS outflow to the WAT might be implicated in a naturally-occurring reversa...
